The right fibula of ex-Liverpool striker Mane was broken during Bayern’s 6-1 Bundesliga victory over Werder Bremen.
Following the procedure, “A tendon was reattached to the head of his right fibula,” according to a statement from Bayern. Mane has contributed four assists and 11 goals to Bayern this year.
