He moved to Doncaster from Loughborough and was hired by the Doncaster Knights for the 2020/21 season.
Nathan’s addition to the team pleased Head Coach Steve Boden. Nathan’s age and objectives were refreshing to Steve, who had previously worked with him.
Nathan has been working as a lead BUCS Super Rugby and Forwards Performance Coach for more than two years before accepting a position as Forwards and Breakdown Coach with Doncaster Knights.
Nathan had worked as Boden’s assistant coach at Yorkshire Carnegie and as the head coach of Ilkley RFC before moving to the Midlands.
He graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Sports Science and played in the National League before becoming an RFU Level 4 accredited coach. Nathan has also worked as a Camp Director and Sports Educator.
