Walter Zimbeck is suspected of killing Lori Ann Hill, a teen, in 1985.

After a horrific cold-case murder mystery, a Fulton County family is mourning the death of their daughter.

The case went from being a cold case in 2008 to being withdrawn in 2010, then being appealed and brought back to court in 2011.

So yet, no information about Walter Zimbeck’s whereabouts has been revealed.

Walter Zimbeck was released from prison due to a lack of evidence in the Lori Ann Hill murder case.

He was freed from the Stryker Correctional Institute after paying a $1000 cash bond.

Zimbeck was charged with aggravated murder in Fulton County. According to investigators, he killed 14-year-old Lori Ann Hill in October 1985.

A few days later, a deer hunter discovered the little girl’s naked body in the woods.

According to police, Lori was raped and beaten with an iron instrument.

Hill’s family has also spent the last two decades raising $50,000 as a reward and appearing on national talk shows in order to continue their search for Lori Ann’s killer.

Walter Zimbeck’s family information, including his wife and children, is also unknown.

He did, however, have a daughter, according to archboldbuckeye, the circumstances of which remain unclear.

Lori Ann Hill, a teenage girl, was allegedly murdered by Zimbeck.

As a student at Swanton High School, she went missing on the night of October 25, 1985.

She went to a Halloween party in Swanton the night she went missing.

Furthermore, Zimbeck was last seen strolling along South Berkey-Southern Road on her way home. She never showed up, and her naked body was recovered four days later in a forested area north of Wauseon.
