The ongoing feud between Nigerian street-pop artist Portable and social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) has taken a dramatic turn. In a recent viral video, the singer met Nollywood actor Zubby Michael and boldly declared he would only fight VDM for N1 billion, rejecting an earlier N100 million offer.

This latest development adds fuel to their heated rivalry, which began over political disagreements and escalated into diss tracks and personal attacks. Portable’s demand has sparked reactions online, with fans and critics weighing in on the spectacle.

Portable’s Stance: “N100 Million Is Too Small”

The “Zazoo Zeh” crooner made his position clear in a now-viral Instagram clip. He dismissed the initial offer, stating:

“That N100m, my fans give it to me. N100m is small for me to fight VDM. Let them give me one billion, I will fight him and beat him.”

Portable further taunted VDM, calling him a “small boy” and boasting about his financial muscle and influence. He also claimed to have spiritual backing, warning,

“I have juju and would deal with the activist.”

Meanwhile, music executive Sosoberekon reportedly placed a N120 million offer for a potential boxing match between the two. However, Portable remains firm on his N1 billion demand.

Zubby Michael’s Role in the Drama

The Nollywood star found himself in the middle of the feud after Portable reached out to him. In their meeting, the singer urged Zubby to relay a message to Sosoberekon, asking for an increased payout.

Zubby, known for his calm demeanor, simply laughed and nodded in response. Fans quickly noticed his cautious reaction, with one commenting:
