When someone goes missing, no one knows whether or not they will be found. Some returned safely to their families, but others would never return. However, the anguish of not being able to locate their loved ones or learning what had happened to them would last a lifetime.
They would seek answers whether they were living or dead. For the past eight years, one family has been doing the same. They’re looking for their son Christopher Story, a 40-year-old man who vanished from his house in 2013.
Christopher Story Missing Update In 2022
Christopher Story has been missing for over eight years now, but even in 2022, there is no update about him. His family still awaits answers as to what happened to their loved one.
His parents went to see him at his house in Mahoningtown on Aug. 11, 2013, but he was not there. Finally, they realized something was wrong and used their key to open the door.
They spotted his clothes that had been laid out for a doctor’s appointment the next day as they entered his residence, but no sign of him. He had a mental disease and physical impairment, according to his family, and would occasionally leave the house but return home.
He did not return home that day, and they notified the authorities. It’s been more than eight years. His family and detectives continue to look for him.
Was Christopher Story Found?
Christopher Story has yet to be discovered. The investigation is still ongoing. His parents claimed to be their own private investigators. They’re hunting for him in every possible location.

They’ve also been collecting reward money through contributions and offered it to anyone who can help them find their kid. Finally, the police have asked anyone with information to contact the NCPD.
According to The Breaking News NC, there was a $5,000 reward for those with information in 2021. However, after the anniversary of his disappearance last August, there has been no update on the case.
What Happened To Christopher Story?
Christopher Story’s family is still searching for answers as to what happened to their son after he vanished unexpectedly. However, no one knows what the reason could be.
His parents have no idea why he abruptly vanished, but they believe he was suffering from mental illness because his behaviour had been strange for years. He used to have hallucinations, for example. They’ve tried everything they can think of to find him but to no avail.
