Venita Akpofure responds after an X user said she still suffers nightmare from the lashing out she received from fellow realty star, Doyin

Big Brother Naija star, Venita Akpofure, this afternoon replied an X user who said she must still be having nightmares from the lashing out she received from her former fellow housemate, Doyin Haastrup, during a live eviction show in the BBNaija All Stars season that held in 2023.

Doyin who clashed several times with Venita during the show, described Venita as a mean person who thrives on putting others down and making their lives miserable. 

While speaking to the anchor of the show, Ebuka, Doyin said;

‘’I think she is a very mean girl. I think she thrives on belittling people, antagonizing people. When she is not cool with you, she wants the entire space to not  be comfortable for you to live in. I think that is a very mean thing to do considering the fact that she is quite old, I expect a lot of maturity from her and she lacks all the maturity. She is just very disappointing.

I said if she wasn’t in a ‘ship’, she would be out of the show by now. She owes Adekunle a big thank you for still being on the show. 100%”

On Sunday, August 31, an X user saw a throwback of the video of Doyin speaking and left a comment that read

‘’I bet Venita still has nightmares from this”

This afternoon, Venita spotted the comment and deemed it fit to respond. She also threatened to sue an X user who said most people in the entertainment industry confirmed Doyin’s comment.
