His wealth of experience in foreign service, encompassing roles in North Korea, Pakistan, and Sudan, equips him to lead the NIA during this crucial time. Meanwhile, Adeola Oluwatosin Ajayi has been appointed as the new Director-General of the DSS. Ajayi has built his career within the agency, ascending through the ranks to his most recent position as Assistant Director-General. His professional history includes serving as State Director in several Nigerian states, such as Bauchi, Enugu, Bayelsa, Rivers, and Kogi.
