Beauty entrepreneur, Adeola Diiadem has reacted after Ehi shared parts of their private conversation online amid their ongoing public feud.
In a video, Diiadem expressed frustration over being insulted for previously asking to use Ehi’s showroom for a photoshoot.
She said she had believed that asking people for help and building relationships was part of the process for upcoming influencers, but admitted that the experience had changed her perspective.
“Dear upcoming influencers, know who you go to for help,” she said, warning others to be careful about who they approach for favours or assistance.
Diiadem also responded to previous allegations made by Ehi. In a series of posts, Diiadem challenged Ehi to provide evidence supporting her claim that she had taken her to Uyo for “runs.”
“First of all, I dare you to show a single chat or phone record proving that you ever took me to Uyo for ‘runs,’ as you claimed in your voice note,” she wrote.
Diiadem explained that she first met Ehi through her former friend, Queen, who she claimed Ehi had taken an interest in and was constantly allegedly trying to connect with different men.
She said they later crossed paths at Movida club years ago, shortly after Ehi bought her Range Rover.
According to Diiadem, she contacted Ehi in 2020, during the early stages of her influencing career, to ask if she could use her showroom for a photoshoot.
She said Ehi agreed, adding that their conversations at the time could support her account of what happened.
Addressing why she had previously shown Ehi respect, Diiadem said it was simply a reflection of how she was raised.
“I’m a well-brought-up Yoruba woman, so the respect you’ve seen me show isn’t unusual. It’s simply how I was raised,” she wrote.
She added that she would show the same level of respect to anyone whose space she needed to use, regardless of their status.
