Suspected herdsmen k!ll five in fresh Benue attack

Suspected armed herders have k!lled five people in a fresh attack on the Tse Ameen community in Mbapa Council Ward,  Gwer West Local Government Area of Benue State. According to locals, the assailants invaded the community on Saturday night, April 18, 2926 and unleashed an attack on the sleepy community. One of the locals who did not want to be named told journalists in a telephone interview on Monday, April 29 that five bodies were recovered on Sunday and many others were still missing. Five corpses, which included three males and two females, were recovered yesterday, the source said.  The spokesperson for the state command, DSP Udeme Edet, who confirmed the attack to journalists on Monday, said four bodies were recovered. “The incident is confirmed, four d3ad bodies were recovered.  The post Suspected herdsmen k!ll five in fresh Benue attack appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
