Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Eva Marcille is facing a lawsuit from her homeowners association over alleged property maintenance violations and more than $22,000 in unpaid assessments and fines.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the association claims Marcille received repeated notices concerning her Atlanta home, a five-bedroom, five-bathroom property reportedly worth $1.8 million.
The alleged violations include failing to control weeds, mow the lawn, remove inoperable vehicles from the driveway, maintain current vehicle registration and keep rubbish bins out of public view. The association alleges that Marcille was given sufficient time to address the issues but failed to comply.
It is seeking payment of the outstanding assessments and fines, alongside a court order requiring her to meet the neighbourhood’s maintenance standards. Marcille has not yet responded to the lawsuit, according to the report.
