Kevin Gates has been ordered to allocate part of the proceeds from the sale of his music catalogue to his estranged wife, Dreka Gates, for child and spousal support, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The order requires all proceeds from the sale to be deposited into a Morgan Stanley account managed by Bread Winner Alumni Chief Financial Officer Robert Bracy. Certified public accountant William Duerksen will also be authorised on the account. From those funds, $929,341.50 will be allocated to Dreka for child and spousal support. She will also receive a separate payment of $150,000.
Kevin will receive $538,798 upfront, followed by monthly payments of $225,000 beginning in October. The order also allocates $125,000 to Dreka’s lawyers for legal fees, $100,000 to her accountant and $103,000 to a third-party mediation service. The financial arrangements come amid the couple’s contentious divorce proceedings.
Kevin previously accused Dreka on social media of repeatedly taking money from him during their marriage. Her attorney rejected those allegations as “completely false and fabricated.” In October 2025, Dreka alleged that Kevin had stopped providing financial support for her and their children in 2021.
