The man accused of throwing his girlfriend and their baby girl from a 15-story balcony gave a sinister smile as he was led out of a New York police station in shackles today, October 8.

Angel Carrasco, 31, is charged in the de@th of 23-year-old Nathaly Rarmirez, who was thrown from a balcony at 2550 Olinville Ave. in the Bronx around 3:40 a.m. Tuesday, October 6, while she clutched their 8-month-old daughter named Angel Novalty Carrasco-Ramirez.

The baby miraculously survived the fall and continues to fight for her life at Jacobi Hospital.

Angel Carrasco, the father of the baby, was nabbed by US Marshals and NYPD cops Wednesday night, October 7.

“Coward! Coward!” bystanders shouted at Angel Carrasco, who showed no remorse as he smiled at the crowd while being led out by the police. “I hope they f***ing k!ll your ass in jail.”

Law enforcement sources said Carrasco showed up at Ramirez’s apartment with flowers to try to reconcile after he was busted twice for domestic v!olence incidents there.

When the gesture failed, Carrasco allegedly flew into a rage and threw Ramirez and his daughter off the balcony before fleeing the scene, the sources said.

“I heard someone shouting, ‘Jump!’ It was a male voice,” neighbor Robin Mendzies told The Post Wednesday. “Then I heard a big thud and a woman wailing, ‘No, please, no!’ It sounded like she was begging for an inevitable thing not to happen.”

Carrasco was twice busted after two domestic violence incidents involving Ramirez in January, including charges that he broke into her apartment three days after he allegedly slapped her twice when she objected to him chatting up an ex.

He was also previously arrested for allegedly sending threatening text messages to another ex.

Ramirez graduated from Bronx Leadership Academy High School in the Bronx and attended Baruch College. She worked at Lishawn Consulting in Manhattan, where a rep described her as “a rising star” and “very hardworking.”
