video showing a Lagos agbero allegedly manhandling a Hausa man who works as a nail trimmer has surfaced online.
In the video, the agbero could be seen confronting the young man and demanding money, reportedly over a ticket given to him to operate his roadside business.
The Hausa man appeared unwilling to pay, leading to a heated exchange as the agbero held and manhandled him.
