He gave game updates, conducted pre- and post-match interviews, held press conferences, and organized game highlights into specific folders. For Football Night in America, he additionally conducted research.

The National Hockey League (N.H.L. ), which is based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, employed Jonah as a freelancer and production assistant in July 2020. Jonah was in charge of the satellite studio where all Zoom, Skype, and specialist interviews were conducted. He was responsible for reserving studio time, sound mixing, operating the camera, and distributing the interviews.
