It has been suggested that the complaint be filed as a class action against St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, SCL Health, and Intermountain Health care. It asserts that the hospital and the businesses in charge of it were aware of or ought to have been aware of Lambros’s behavior.

Court Records

According to court records, the nurse is accused of assaulting three people who have been named by the prosecution, and a fourth person who has not yet been named but was reportedly assaulted in 2016. In 2012, Lambros began working at the hospital.

The two women who are suing were named by prosecutors, according to Siddhartha Rathod, one of the women’s attorneys. Also, he claimed that the third victim passed away later.

While claiming to be in cooperation with the police, St. Mary’s declined to comment on the case.
