Reality TV star, Segun Olusemo, popularly known as Sheggz, has again, addressed rumors surrounding his financial dynamics with women particularly his ex-girlfriend Bella Okagbue following their controversial split.

Speaking in an interview with social commentator Oyemykke, the former Big Brother Naija housemate firmly rejected labels that he was a financial parasite, stating that he does not date  women for money and leave them after swindling them.

Sheggz also highlighted his personal real estate portfolio across two countries. “I have my house in London and I have my house in Banana Island, Lagos,” he stated. Clarifying how household expenses were handled during the relationship, he revealed, “Bella and I split the bills 70-30 and I did more”. He said they both collected money from each other but he made sure to take care of all her needs.

According to Sheggz, the negative financial narratives only emerged because the relationship ultimately did not end in marriage.
