South African women hurled anti-immigrant slurs at former Miss Universe Nigeria, Chidimma Adetshina, amidst her deportation court case.
Adetshina was arrested in Cape Town last month for allegedly being in the country illegally.
She is currently in court to halt her planned deportation by Home Affairs in South Africa. On Monday, she appeared before the Cape Town Regional Court, where the case was adjourned till August 19.
A video making the rounds on social media shows South African women making anti-immigrant slurs at the beauty queen and asking her to leave their country and go back “home.”
