Former presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, poses a question to Peter Obi and Kwankwaso following their defection from ADC to NDC

Former Presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, has posed a interesting question to presidential aspirants, Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso, who on Sunday, May 3, defected from the African Democratic Congress ADC to the Nigerian Democratic Congress NDC.

In a post shared on X, Ahmad asked the politicians if they would also leave the NDC if former Vice Presidnet Atiku Abubakar decided to join them there.

‘’So what if Atiku Abubakar decides to join the NDC? Peter Obi and Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso will simply pack their bags and look for another party because they cannot stand against him in a primary contest?”” he wrote

There are reports that Obi and Kwankwaso left the ADC because they realise they had a very slim chance of getting picked as presidential flagbearers of the party compared to  Atiku who is also seeking to run for President on the platform of the party.
