Popular Nigerian socialite and nightlife entrepreneur, Cubana Chief Priest, has added his voice to the increasing calls for an end to public grazing following the tragic massacre in Benue State.
In a post shared on Instagram, the businessman urged President Bola Tinubu to take immediate action by outlawing open grazing throughout the country.
“My President, make that order now!!! End public grazing. The level of damage done is brutal. This madness has to stop,” he wrote.
He emphasised the importance of ranching as a more sustainable and safer solution, stating that, “Feed your cattle in your ranches.”
In response to the recent wave of attacks, especially the Yelewata killings that resulted in over 200 deaths, the Chief Priest urged the people of Benue to prioritise their safety.
“Benue people sharpen your sword⚔️. No gree for anybody to kpai you. To defend yourselves no be crime!!!” he added.
