Media personality and fashion entrepreneur Sophia Momodu is once again showing what soft luxury truly looks like, this time in the heart of France where she experienced an unforgettable brand tour with the prestigious champagne house, Laurent Perrier.
The beautiful mum of one was spotted walking through the vineyards andexplored the historic cellars of Laurent Perrier where she learned about the rich history and craftsmanship behind one of the world’s most celebrated champagne houses.
During the tour, she also got a glimpse into the emotional story behind the prestigious champagne brand. Laurent-Perrier is a family-owned legacy that was acquired in 1939 by Marie-Louise de Nonancourt, a visionary woman who built the foundation of the brand through resilience and passion.

Today, the company is proudly run by her granddaughters, Alexandra Pereyre de Nonancourt and Stéphanie Meneux de Nonancourt, making Laurent-Perrier a global name in luxury beverages while staying very women-driven in leadership.
Sophia did not just tour, she tasted the different blends from the Laurent-Perrier collection and revealed she had a favorite. She fell in love with the Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle, the brand’s most premium cuvée, often described as the “pinnacle of champagne craftsmanship.”
At the end of the experience, a smiling Sophia said:
“As a typical champagne girl, I have enjoyed myself today.”
