Actress Selma Blair has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from a nurse she allegedly assaulted at a hospital following her arrest over an incident aboard a Delta flight.
According to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ, a judge issued a temporary order of protection for Ashley DeLeo, effective until October 11, 2027. The order also prohibits Blair from contacting DeLeo by phone, text, email or any other form of electronic communication.
Blair was arrested on Sunday night after an alleged altercation with crew members during a flight from Los Angeles to New York. She was taken into custody after the aircraft landed and subsequently transported to a hospital. While receiving treatment, Blair allegedly kicked DeLeo in the chest.
The actress was arraigned on Monday night and pleaded not guilty to two felony assault charges, one involving DeLeo and the other a Port Authority police officer. Blair’s attorney attributed the incident to missed medication. Hours before her arrest, the actress had posted on social media that she was feeling “sad” and “not great”.
