Know about ’37-year-old Plasido Castro Bibiano Arrested’ It resembled a saloon brawl from the Old West, only it took place at a New Year’s celebration early on a Sunday morning outside a contemporary Tampa apartment building.
Plasido Castro Bibiano, 37, was at the party when he got into a fight with another man, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. Bibiano is said to have taken hold of a beer bottle during the argument, broken it, and then repeatedly stabbed the victim.
The victim was located on the road when deputies got there shortly after 5 a.m. When Hillsborough County Fire Rescue arrived, they made an effort to save his life, but he eventually passed away from his wounds.
The victim had come to the outdoor gathering with two other people, according to the investigators, before making contact with Bibiano. The victim’s name has not been made public.
Chad Chronister, the sheriff of Hillsborough County, remarked, “This is not how to start the new year.” When rage turns to violence, people can die and families can be ruined. Now, this individual is being charged with crimes.
Although it’s unclear if Bibiano stayed at the scene or was located later by deputies, he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder with a weapon. According to jail records, he resides in Burgaw, North Carolina, which is located about 25 miles north of Wilmington.
