According to WKMG-TV, a Florida teenager is accused of viciously assaulting his mother Tobias Brewer Stabbed And Attacked Mother after she requested him to clean his room.
On November 30, Tobias Brewer, 17, was detained in connection with the close-to-fatal event that took place at the family’s Cocoa, Florida, home. When the police arrived at the residence, they discovered Brewer’s mother lying on her back on the floor of the laundry room doorway.
According to an arrest affidavit the news station obtained, the woman suffered many stab wounds and an almost severed nose. According to reports, blood was all over her body.
The woman allegedly gasped for air and exclaimed, “Toby did this,” while officers phoned for help, according to court documents cited by WKMG-TV.
The woman was evacuated to a hospital, where her status was most recently described as serious but stable.
When the mother of one of Brewer’s pals called 911 to report that her son had told her “Toby” had killed his mother, the authorities were alerted to the attack. Later, the two men claimed to have been in front of Brewer’s house when they heard loud banging sounds coming from the back of the house.
According to WKMG-TV, the friend told police he moved closer to the disturbance and saw Brewer holding a frying pan over his mother while the woman was yelling, “Toby, stop.”
Brewer allegedly departed the scene in a Kia Rio with his mother’s registration. The buddies left in a Jeep Wrangler that belonged to both the woman and them.
Brewer crashed his car in a wooded area while being pursued by police who had followed him using his phone. He was later apprehended by police after they discovered him with many other people, including his girlfriend, according to Fox 35.
Brewer apparently confessed to stabbing his mother during a police interview while using a knife he claimed to typically carry with him. He claimed that he also hit his mother in the head with a frying pan, causing the handle to shatter.

According to WKMG-TV, Brewer apparently claimed that he did not love cleaning his room and that his mother “constantly harped about it.”
According to the news station, “the suspect indicated that he was irritated since his mother was continuously on his case about cleaning his room.”
The allegations have stunned the neighbors, they claimed. Brewer, also known as “Toby,” according to Richard Willoughby, had just mowed his lawn.
Willoughby told WKMG-TV that the boy “seemed like an OK child.” I simply find it hard to imagine he would do such a thing.
According to the news station, the youngster has been charged with first-degree murder, grand theft of a car, and evading arrest.
