Newsypeople- Ubi Franklin, who is a well-known talent manager from Nigeria, recently talked about his feelings for his ex-wife, Lilian Esoro.
This happened during a Q&A session on Instagram. Someone asked him if he still has love for Lilian; they have one son together. Ubi answered yes and said, “We have a son together, and love will always live there.”
This response shows that even though they finished their divorce in January 2021 after many years of court struggles, Ubi still has feelings for Lilian. They married in 2015 but broke up roughly a year later after having their son.
In a different question, Ubi was asked if he would marry again. He answered yes with good feelings. But when someone insulted him by calling him a babysitter for singer Davido and his wife Chioma, Ubi replied that people can now apply to be his wife because the application portal is open.
Lilian Esoro is a Nollywood actress and before, she talked about how her divorce affected her. She said it made her very sad and she needed to get help for her feelings. Also, many people told her not to marry him but even though things did not work out well with the marriage, she has no regrets because from that marriage came their son.
Even though Ubi and Lilian are not the same in many ways, they have kept a friendly connection. This was clear from a popular video during Davido’s wedding where they greeted each other warmly. At that moment, Ubi even spoke highly of Lilian and called her his “baby” for everyone to hear.
