- Fuji artist Wasiu Ayinde, also known as KWAM 1, has intervened in the ongoing feud between Dammy Krane and Davido.
- During his performance, KWAM 1 paused and said “I want to send a message to my son, Dammy Krane, that I said he should not fight with Davido again.”
- KWAM 1 made it clear that his call for reconciliation is final, invoking prayers for both singers.
- This intervention comes after Dammy Krane accused Davido of having a hand in the death of his late friend, Tagbo, who passed away in 2017.
Newsypeople- Wasiu Ayinde, a well-known musician from Fuji who we also call KWAM 1 De Ultimate, spoke to Davido and said “stop fight” to Dammy Krane. When performing in the USA, he told this message to his son.
You should stop fighting Davido immediately. I am Wasiu Ayinde, and I have given this order.” I don’t wish to be hearing anymore from any of you. None will die.”
A conflict between Krane and Davido occurred a year ago after Dammy Krane complained against Davido for not repaying the debt. He alleged that the well-known singer didn’t pay him for songs they wrote together on one particular track; furthermore, Krane blamed Davido for damaging their partnership agreement with Sony Music by destroying everything about it.
When Dammy Krane (as mentioned by him) made serious claims against himself, The “Timeless” music creator did not take them seriously. He said they never asked for money from Krane in return even though they worked together many times.
Over the last week, Dammy Krane made people more anxious by saying that Davido was to blame for causing Tagbo Umeike’s death.
The person, who died in October 2017, was said to have had too much alcohol after they celebrated their joint birthday party on the same day as the unfortunate event.
Before, Davido said that he didn’t accept claims about his guilt in this friend’s death and indicated he could take the matter to court against Krane for harming reputation and online bullying.
In answer to the request of KWAM 1, Dammy Krane stated it won’t be his doing to keep blaming Davido for Umeike’s passing. But he insisted that Davido give him payment for his music writing work. In X, Krane wrote,
“I’ll leave D Tagbo matter to God because of good people like family. K1 De is the ultimate… but David pays for the song I wrote & royalties.”
At the same time, Burna Boy, who received a Grammy, is also taking part. He tells Dammy Krane not to do things that could lead to Davido being in jail and advises looking for a peaceful way out.
