Newsypeople-Eddie Watson, the Ghanaian-Nigerian actor, recently voiced his disapproval over comments made by his colleague Esther Nwachukwu regarding the late actor Jnr Pope’s wife.
Esther Nwachukwu had previously criticized Jnr Pope’s wife for attending Regina Daniels’ child’s birthday celebration instead of mourning her husband privately for a year.
In a stern response, Eddie Watson labeled Esther’s actions as “disrespectful.” He questioned why Esther felt compelled to instruct Jnr Pope’s wife on how to grieve, pointing out that no one chooses such a tragic loss.
He emphasized the need for respect and privacy when it comes to someone’s grief, arguing that it is not anyone’s place to dictate how another person should mourn.
Watson further criticized Esther’s comments as both insulting and intrusive. He stressed that grieving is a deeply personal experience and that Esther had no right to impose her views on Jnr Pope’s widow.
Eddie Watson has strongly condemned Esther Nwachukwu’s remarks, asserting that it is both disrespectful and inappropriate to tell someone how to cope with the loss of a spouse.
