Mrs Casper gained notoriety as the judge who presided over Whitey Bulger’s criminal trial. She was born in East Patchogue, New York, and graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Denise also has a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, which she earned in 1994.
