He didn’t answer the door when Department of Health personnel patrolled the quarantine hotel rooms at 12.15 p.m. today. When they opened the door, they discovered Tsang had passed out in his room. They immediately called the cops, and medics arrived at the hotel to find Tsang dead on the floor. The reason for death has not been revealed as of yet.
