Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Matthews have been together for almost 12 years, having met in high school in 2011 and officially starting to date in March 2012.
The couple met while attending Whitehouse High School in Texas, where they were both exceptional athletes. Brittany, who was a junior, caught Patrick’s interest when he was a sophomore.
After graduating high school in 2013, Brittany attended the University of Texas at Tyler and played soccer, while Patrick graduated a year later and went to Texas Tech University to play baseball and football. Despite the distance and busy schedules, they remained together throughout college.
