Henry Okoye, the elder brother of former P-Square members Peter and Paul Okoye, has made several allegations against his brother Jude Okoye, accusing him of contributing to divisions within the family.
Henry stated that he was older than both Jude and the P-Square brothers and alleged that he supported P-Square financially during their early years before Jude became their manager.
He further alleged that their late mother initially opposed Jude managing the group because of what he described as Jude’s character.
Henry also claimed that P-Square’s success has contributed to a growing rift within the family, alleging that some family members are no longer in contact with Peter, Paul and Jude.
He additionally made a spiritual allegation involving Jude and Paul, but this remains an unverified claim.
He said …
“I am senior to both Jude and P-Square. Jude is my brother, but he is a very bad person. He is very wicked. I was the one who started sponsoring P-Square when they had nothing. Jude only came in when P-Square started making money and said he wants to manage them. My mother originally disagreed because she knows Jude’s bad character. But one of our siblings begged her. She said that she knew the kind of character Jude has. It’s like Jude used juju on Paul. We are eight in number and P-Square no longer talks to the rest of the family. We didn’t know that it was Jude that was causing the problem. He is never a good person. He’s my brother. But he’s very bad. Even when I was sick and admitted to the hospital for two months Jude never called. He knows because Peter and Paul used to call me. Our lastborn is in Lagos suffering, and Jude and Paul don’t care about her. But Peter is trying sha. Peter is trying. But especially Jude. Lemme keep Paul apart. Because I dont know if Jude did juju on Paul. Because when it comes to the Okoye’s family, Paul used to be the nicest person before before. I just don’t know what happened or how to put am….”
