Newsypeople – GloRilla is an American rapper who was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Her real name is Gloria Hallelujah Woods. In 2022, she became popular when she released the song “FNF (Let’s Go)” featuring Hitkidd which went viral on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. This success led to her signing with Yo Gotti’s record label Collective Music Group (CMG).
After that followed more single hits including “Tomorrow” (Cardi B Remix), “Blessed”,” Yeah Glo!,” “Wanna Be” (Megan Thee Stallion) among others.
Her first EP ‘Anyway Life’s Great’ came out November 2022 peaking at number 11 on billboard 200 charts during its release week alone.
In 2024 she dropped ‘Ehhthang Ehhthang’ which is her debut commercial mixtape known to have featured various artists such as Megan Thee Stallion plus more.
GloRilla has also lent her voice to songs by different musicians like Hitkidd, Duke Deuce, Ciara, Latto etc.

GloRilla Faces Contract Breach Allegations
There is an allegation of contract breaching against a rising rapper in Memphis called GloRilla by an Atlanta investor Kimberley Renfroe. The reports suggest that Renfroe alleges she gave GloRilla $1,200 for endorsements of products which were never delivered as agreed upon.
Therefore Aristotle, another investor who happens to be involved says he is very upset about everything happening around this matter which seems not ending soon due to the fact that those involved are taking each other to the court of law for what they believe should be done rightly according to them. This lady further claims that her money running into six figures got stolen by him but there is still no clear information on the exact amount.
GloRilla has not been without legal challenges lately as well; it was reported in October 2022 about some beef between him and producer Hitkidd over their hit song “FNF (Let’s Go)” being entangled in legal troubles too but what brought about this disagreement remains unknown up to date.

GloRilla Faces Legal Battle Over Investment Allegations
The rapper GloRilla from Memphis who is currently becoming famous has been accused by multiple investors of breaking contracts and stealing money. An investor in Atlanta by the name Aristotle Varner Jr claims to have given her more than 400,000 dollars for some work which she did not do. Varner also said that she had taken money from him and described her behaviour as being too proud of her celebrity status. He is currently taking legal action but the terms of their agreement are not known yet. These claims have been backed up with allegations from two other women as well.
Kimberly Renfroe, an entrepreneur, alleged that she paid 1200 dollars for endorsement deals with GloRilla but did not receive any service from her end according to what they had agreed on. Trinica Goods who claims to have danced alongside GloRilla without pay also added her voice into this matter. Her management team admitted this fact revealing that some people pretended to be part of it so as to carry out scams against others while using different online platforms including social media.

They went ahead warning supporters never trust strangers easily especially when they meet over the internet & take extra care when interacting with them. All these lawsuits notwithstanding her music career is still on the rise. She was signed by Yo Gotti’s label CMG last year after dropping a hit single ‘FNF (Let’s Go)’. In 2024 she released ‘Ehhthang Ehhthang’ , Megan Thee Stallion being featured among other artists in her debut commercial mixtape.
It remains unknown what effect these accusations will have on the fast-rising star’s future.
