Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Sheggz Olusemo has shared a motivational message about difficult seasons, judgement and self-worth amid ongoing conversations surrounding his breakup with fellow reality star Bella.
Sheggz shared the message in a video posted on Instagram, where he spoke about how people can be judged based on moments they are experiencing without knowing the full story.
He said, “Sometimes you will go through a season that you don’t understand. Sometimes people will judge the chapter without knowing the full story. You have to let them.”

The reality star encouraged people going through difficult periods not to allow their struggles to determine how they view themselves or their future.
Sheggz said, “You can be tired, and still be grateful. You can be confused but still have faith.”
He added, “You can have a bad season and still have a good life.”
The message comes weeks after Sheggz confirmed that his relationship with Bella had ended. He said the relationship ended in January 2026 and denied cheating on her, adding that attempts to reconcile afterwards were unsuccessful.

In a subsequent clarification, Sheggz said he did not intend to accuse Bella of infidelity.
He maintained that the pair shared mutual respect and genuine love during their relationship, while urging that their separation should not be reduced to speculation or allegations of cheating.
