Bruce Springsteen has had to cancel a number of his upcoming tour dates due to health issues that are currently ongoing.
The decision to call off the gigs came as a result of further medical checks, and under “doctor’s orders.”
After being examined again, it was revealed that the singer would not be able to perform for another ten days because he is still dealing with some “vocal issues” as well as dealing with a “dangerous” health condition that is yet to be specified.

Bruce Springsteen Illness And Health Update
The legendary musician Bruce Springsteen has been suffering from a severe stomach illness called peptic ulcer disease which has made him reschedule some tour dates and delay his shows.
It began in March 2023 when he canceled concerts in Columbus, Ohio, and Uncasville, Connecticut due to being ill. He later rescheduled his Albany, New York show for March 14th saying it was a temporary situation. In April 2023 Springsteen and their wife Patti Scialfa tested positive for COVID-19 but this did not result in any missed gigs
However, a clip went viral of him falling over onstage at an Amsterdam performance in June 2023 causing worries about his health but he carried on and finished the gig.
But in August 2023 two Philadelphia gigs were called off because of his illness without further details given by the band’s website which said they had been “taken ill” and rescheduled them for August 2024 later. On September 6th it was announced that all remaining September tour dates would be rescheduled as well due to ongoing treatment for peptic ulcer disease which requires Springsteen to take time off according to doctors’ advice.

They also added that all 2023 shows would now take place next year too giving him enough space to regain full health from the same equally. Van Zandt said during the Rock ’n’ Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony held last month by his mate Stevie or Little Rascals Band on November 20 at Cleveland Public Auditorium Theatre saying how much pain Bruce had been going through this problem during five previous performances minimum if not more along with assuring everyone everything was alright now while talking about a personal anecdote.
