Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez stated that the victim was driving a car with a 2-year-old son inside when the gunshot occurred. Greene is a combat veteran who served in the Navy and has a kid who is ten years old, the prosecutors said in court.
Both cars came to a stop, Greene allegedly got out and attacked the victim, and Ortiz was seen on film firing two revolver shots at the victim as he was driving away.
