Prosecutors said on Wednesday that a college student Missing Misrach Ewunetie Found Dead days later. Student from New Jersey who went missing from school in October and was discovered dead six days later committed suicide.
On October 20, a groundskeeper at Princeton University discovered the body of 20-year-old Misrach Ewunetie behind some tennis courts.
According to WPVI, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office stated that Ewunetie committed suicide and that “bupropion, escitalopram, and hydroxyzine poisoning” was the cause of death.
In the past, prosecutors claimed that Ewunetie’s death did not seem to be a homicide. Ewunetie, an Ethiopian woman, reportedly vanished before a meeting to discuss her citizenship application for the United States.
According to NJ 101.5, escitalopram and bupropion are both antidepressants, while hydroxyzine is an antihistamine that can be used to treat anxiety and allergies.
