Kason, according to Columbus Police, was discovered inside the missing Honda Accord outside an Indianapolis Papa John’s restaurant.

The 5-month-old boy is being sent to a hospital to be examined and is in good health, according to authorities.

The automobile had been in the Papa John’s parking lot for two days, according to Indianapolis police speaking to WTTV, before a woman noticed there was a baby inside. She informed the cops by running to a nearby restaurant where they were having lunch.

Back in Columbus, LaFonda Thomass stated, “This is everything. “My grandsons get to simultaneously receive their gifts. Not one alone, desiring the presence of the other. I’m overjoyed. I’m really appreciative.

“The days have been sad and lengthy,” she remarked. “And I’m very certain that everyone among you has experienced the same emotions as we have. However, I am now able to experience everyone else’s kindness and general joy in my heart. My son. Oh, the joy and jubilation in his voice. That he is going to go fetch his son since he is confident that he is safe and sound.

In her 44 years of life, she continued, “That will make my Christmas the nicest Christmas I’ve ever had.”

Investigators started getting information that Jackson had been spotted in Indianapolis earlier in the day. She was arrested by local police, but the infant boy was not with her.

The Columbus Police Deputy Report

According to Columbus Police Deputy Chief Smith Weir, Jackson was apprehended at 2 p.m. after Indianapolis police received many tips that she was in the vicinity. At a press conference, Columbus Police Chief Elaine Bryant stated that neither Kason nor the missing automobile was with her.

“She is currently being questioned by police. “Kason Thomass, on the other hand, was not with her at the time of her arrest,” Bryant stated at the time. “We’re not going to stop until we find Kason.”

Jackson faces two counts of kidnapping in Ohio, as well as federal charges because she violated state lines, according to Police Chief Elaine Bryant.

Detectives from Columbus have traveled to Indianapolis for the inquiry, according to Weir, and Indiana authorities will now include Indiana in their Amber Alert for Kason.
