Award-winning rapper Nicki Minaj has spoken candidly about what she described as a long-running spiritual battle in the music industry, claiming that powerful individuals created obstacles throughout her career.
The rapper made the remarks during an appearance on The Bryce Crawford Podcast, where she reflected on her experiences in the entertainment industry and the challenges she faced behind the scenes.
According to Minaj, she entered the music business without fully understanding what she now believes is its spiritual dimension, a reality she said many artists eventually encounter.

Minaj also suggested that some influential figures in the industry view artists primarily as sources of profit and may oppose those who refuse to conform to certain expectations.

When asked about the Illuminati, the rapper neither confirmed nor dismissed its existence. However, she said she believes her own experience was more personal than the work of a secret society.
“My situation, I feel like it’s very personal. I feel that there definitely is a group of people who have made things very difficult for me, but I don’t know if they’re Illuminati,” she said.
