Ebenezer Akinsanmiro has joined newly promoted side Pisa on a season-long loan from Inter Milan.
The deal includes an option to buy clause, while Inter have also inserted a buy-back clause.
Akinsanmiro is a product of the Beyond Limits Academy, which is affiliated with Nigerian club Remo Stars.
He spent last season at Sampdoria, where he played 35 league matches and scored three goals in the Coppa Italia.
His stats were decent: 23 shots, seven on target, 436 successful passes with a 77.3% pass accuracy, 27 accurate long balls with a 64.3% accuracy, and 28 chances created.
He completed 48 dribbles, won 37 fouls, made 99 ball recoveries, and blocked 10 shots leading to goal-scoring chances.
The 20-year-old scored one goal and provided one assist.
Akinsanmiro was part of the Inter Milan squad that won the 2024 Serie A title, as well as the Supercoppa Italiana and Coppa Italia in 2023.
He has made only one first-team appearance for Inter, spending most of his time with the U-19s, where he played 42 games, scored six goals, and provided five assists.
