A Nigerian film director, Martins, has said he would never marry a broke woman.
Martin, who stated this on X said he has invested so much in himself, bought a house, owns properties and won’t be used by a woman and her family to “escape poverty.”
“Settle for less ? Never! I built my own house, own properties, and plan to get a car soon. I’m also investing in myself. I’m not going to settle for a woman who’s broke sha. Later on her broke families will be viewing me as their financial breakthrough. God forbid!,” he wrote.
