Nigeria international, Joy Omewa continued her hot streak in front of goal, netting the decisive strike in Fortuna Hjørring’s 1-0 victory over HB Køge in the Danish Women’s League.
The 22-year-old striker scored her fourth league goal of the season, extending her scoring streak to three consecutive matches.
Omewa has now registered eight goals in just 10 appearances across all competitions this campaign; four in the league and another four in the UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifying rounds.

Her current form follows a spectacular 2024/25 campaign, in which she powered Fortuna Hjørring to a domestic double.
Her contributions made her the most feared striker in Denmark and a crucial figure in Fortuna’s success.
