The Gridiron Gems Initiative is a product of Nigeria American Football Association‘s (NAFA) ongoing collaboration with Browns Nigeria, united by a shared vision to create inclusive opportunities for girls in sports. With Browns’ continued support, the initiative champions gender equity and amplifies female voices in American football across Nigeria.
