Rangers International striker Godwin Obaje says the Super Eagles B team is in high spirits as preparations continue for the 2025 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
The 29-year-old forward shared his thoughts during a training session with the home-based Eagles, expressing confidence in his fitness and the team’s determination.
“We are happy. I’m looking forward to the tournament and preparing to give our best for the country. I’m sure I am very fit, because the training session has been very aggressive,”
Obaje said.
Nigeria, drawn in Group D alongside Senegal, Congo, and Sudan, will need sharpness and cohesion to navigate a challenging group.
Obaje, who is one of the team’s most experienced player, will be hoping to lead the line as the Eagles aim for their first-ever CHAN title.
