Galatasaray are set to complete the permanent signing of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen from Napoli.
A verbal agreement has reportedly been reached between both clubs, and the official announcement is expected in the coming days
According to sources close to the deal, Galatasaray will pay €40 million upfront, with an additional €35 million due by the end of 2026.
There is also a performance-based add-on of €5 million, linked to goal contributions.
Napoli have secured a 10% sell-on clause on any future profit from Osimhen’s resale, while a key part of the agreement restricts Galatasaray from selling the player to any Italian club for the next two years.
Osimhen, 26, spent last season on loan at Galatasaray and made an immediate impact in the Turkish Super Lig and Europe.
His performances in attack were crucial to Galatasaray’s domestic triumph and continental run, convincing the club to make the move permanent.
After several weeks of negotiations, the deal is now in its final stages.
All parties are aligned, and the Nigerian forward is set to continue his journey in Istanbul; this time as a permanent Galatasaray player.
