Young Mom Of 3 Olivia Fowler Missing On Morning Walk: On August 13, 2021, at around 2:00 a.m., Olivia Fowler, 26, was last seen in the vicinity of Manchester, Georgia, at her boyfriend’s house.
A ranger from the Department of Natural Resources saw Fowler in Meriwether County going along Pebblebrook Road at 10:30 that morning. Fowler has not been seen again after that sighting.
