A social media user has sparked a heated conversation after sharing his frustration with what he described as the shocking lifestyle contrast he keeps seeing in Abuja.
According to him, too many people in the city live in houses worth 100–200 million naira, drive powerful V8 engines, and send their children to schools costing over a million naira per term — yet still pay their gatemen just 30,000 naira monthly.
He didn’t hold back, describing it as wickedness, especially since these same gatemen handle everything: washing cars, cleaning the compound, trimming flowers, managing the generator house, running errands for the entire family, and even sleeping on the premises to confront intruders at night.
