Video of family members advising first wife to accept her husband’s new second wife and not to listen to friends

A Ghanaian man has shared a video of a woman being advised by female members of the family to accept her husband’s new second wife and not to listen to her friends. 

The family is from Zongo, a primarily Hausa-speaking community in Ghana. 

Pointing out the women’s forceful tone, the narrator said they advised the first wife to fear friends and human beings.

The women also told the first wife not to even let her own mother know what happens in her marriage, including the challenges she is facing.
