A yet-to-be-identified commercial motorcyclist has been k!lled by unknown assailants suspected to robbers in Ore, the headquarters of Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The incident, which occurred in the early hours of Friday, August 29, 2025, has thrown residents of the community into shock.
The victim’s lifeless body was discovered at about 5:30 am along Zone A, Destiny Community, behind Sizzler, Ore, lying in a pool of blood.
Eyewitnesses alleged that the man was attacked and k!lled by unknown persons, after which his motorcycle was stolen.
The development has heightened security concerns in the area, with residents calling for increased surveillance to prevent further occurrences.
A security source who confirmed the incident to Hope newspaper said that investigation into the matter has commenced.
