A dramatic incident on a Port Harcourt highway has sparked conversations online after a newly dedicated car reportedly went up in flames.
According to a man narrating the incident, the car was dedicated just two hours earlier and was a gift from the owner’s husband before it caught fire on the road.
He claimed that all attempts to put out the fire using fire extinguishers failed, despite efforts from people at the scene.
Visibly frustrated, the man advised motorists to stop relying on fire extinguishers, insisting they don’t work in real-life situations.
He went further to suggest that people should instead carry about 50 litres of water mixed with detergent, claiming it is more effective in putting out fires.
