Post Malone and his ex-fiancée Hee Sung “Jamie” Park have officially ended their months-long custody battle, reaching a settlement over their 3-year-old daughter. Court documents obtained by TMZ confirm the pair agreed last week on custody, visitation and child support, along with other potential terms such as health insurance, though the full arrangement remains sealed, keeping specific details private.
The settlement brings closure to a dispute that intensified earlier this year. Park had filed paperwork in April seeking to move the case to Los Angeles, where child support awards can be higher, while Post had already initiated proceedings in Utah, where the two had been informally sharing custody. Sources said Park relocated to California at the start of 2025 after the couple’s relationship ended late in 2024.
Meanwhile, Post briefly moved on romantically, spotted early this year on a date in Rome with Christy Lee. That relationship has since ended, with the pair parting ways just ahead of summer.
For now, Post and Park appear to have resolved their differences, marking a positive step toward stability for their young daughter.
