Singer D4vd and manager move out of Hollywood Hills home days after police raid linked to teen?s dismembered body found in Tesla

Singer D4vd (real name David Anthony Burke) and his manager, Josh Marshall, have abruptly ended their $20,000-a-month lease on a Hollywood Hills mansion just days after police stormed the property in connection with the death of 13-year-old Celeste Rivas.

According to Daily Mail, Rivas, who went missing in May 2024, was found dismembered on September 8 inside the trunk of a Tesla registered to D4vd. The car had been abandoned for days before being impounded by police.

On September 17, LAPD raided the rented four-bedroom property, seizing several items including a laptop.

The home’s owner, Mladen Trifunovic, confirmed that Marshall, who signed the lease in February 2024, has since asked to terminate it and begun moving out their belongings.

“They didn’t want to be there anymore because of the ongoing circumstances,” Trifunovic said, adding that he was shocked by the entire development.

Police have not yet filed charges as investigations continue.
